国内生鲜奶价格:乳制品需求平淡,奶源过剩,牛奶价格持续低迷。农业农村部5月第3周(截至2026/5/21)监测数据显示:内蒙古、河北等全国10大生鲜乳主产省份生鲜乳平均价格3.03元/公斤,环比上涨0.3%,同比下跌1.3%,较年初累计下跌2.9%;相较2021年8月历史峰值累计跌幅达30.8%,目前处于近十年奶价下行周期的底部区间,行业养殖端盈利持续承压。

Raw Milk Price:Demand for dairy products remains sluggish while raw milk supply exceeds demand, keeping milk prices persistently low. According to the monitoring data released by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs for the third week of May (ending May 21, 2026), the average raw milk price across China’s top 10 major producing provinces and Autonomous Region including Inner Mongolia and Hebei stood at 3.03 yuan/kg. It edged up 0.3% week on week, dropped by 1.3% year on year, and posted a cumulative decline of 2.9% since the start of the year. Compared with the record high in August 2021, the price has tumbled by 30.8% in total. Currently, raw milk prices are hovering at the bottom of a decade-long downward cycle, putting continuous pressure on profitability across the dairy farming sector.

国内乳制品零售价格:商务部信息监测数据显示,5 月第 3 周(截至 2026/5/22)四类乳制品价格环比 “3 涨 1 平”,其中,牛奶价格为12.22 元 /kg,环比上涨 0.08%,同比上涨 0.41%,较年初上涨 0.41%,延续小幅上涨态势;酸奶价格为15.86 元 /kg,环比持平,同比上涨 0.38%,较年初下降 0.06%,整体呈小幅波动、年初略有回落的态势;国外品牌婴幼儿奶粉价格为273.96 元 /kg,环比上涨 0.03%,同比上涨 1.22%,较年初下降 0.04%,呈高位运行、同比涨幅突出的态势;国产品牌婴幼儿奶粉价格为226.52 元 /kg,环比微降 0.05%,同比上涨 0.17%,较年初下降 0.15%,呈整体稳定、小幅温和波动的态势。

Domestic Dairy Retail Prices: Monitoring data from the Ministry of Commerce indicates that in the third week of May (ending May 22, 2026), prices of four types of dairy products registered three increases and one flat week on week. Raw milk was priced at 12.22 yuan/kg, up 0.08% week on week, 0.41% year on year and 0.41% since the start of the year, continuing a modest upward trend. Yogurt stood at 15.86 yuan/kg, flat week on week, up 0.38% year on year and down 0.06% from the beginning of the year, seeing slight overall fluctuations and a mild drop since early 2026. Imported infant formula price was 273.96 yuan/kg, with a 0.03% week-on-week gain and a 1.22% year-on-year increase, while dipping by 0.04% since the start of the year. It has remained at a high level with a prominent year-on-year price growth. Domestic infant formula was priced at 226.52 yuan/kg, edging down 0.05% week on week, up 0.17% year on year and down 0.15% since early this year. The price stayed generally stable with mild fluctuations.

China Dairy Industry Association Releases Top 10 Scientific and Technological Achievements of China’s Dairy Industry for 2025 

On May 27, the annual conference of the China Dairy Industry Association was held in Chengdu, where the Top 10 Scientific and Technological Achievements of China’s Dairy Industry 2025 were unveiled. The achievements showcase major breakthroughs made by China’s dairy sector in precision nutrition, intensive processing, intelligent manufacturing and green low-carbon development. The list includes a host of domestically developed core technologies. Exclusive domestic strains for infant formula have obtained official approval, and breast milk-friendly formula technologies have been put into practical use. Breakthroughs have also been achieved in milk protein extraction and flexible raw milk processing, greatly boosting the self-sufficiency rate of raw materials for infant formula products. In addition, domestically developed AI-based intelligent inspection systems, flexible filling equipment and aseptic packaging machinery have achieved full independent control. The production of functional sugars has realized cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and a full-industry-chain green production model has taken shape. 婴幼儿辅助食品被市场监管部门列为最高风险品类进行重点监管

5 月 29 日,市场监管总局表示,婴幼儿辅助食品被划为食品安全最高风险品类重点监管,近五年抽检合格率超 99.5%。目前正推动参照婴配奶粉标准从严管理,同时启动 “守护成长” 专项行动,严查违法生产、虚假宣传等行为,严惩违规企业并曝光典型案例。(中国青年报)

Infant Complementary Foods: Classified as Highest Risk for Strict Regulation 

On May 29, the State Administration for Market Regulation stated that such products have been listed as a top food safety risk category for key oversight, with a sampling qualification rate exceeding 99.5% over the past five years. Authorities are stepping up regulation by adopting management standards for infant formula powder. Meanwhile, a special campaign named “Guard Growth” has been launched to crack down on illegal production, false promotion and other violations. Offending enterprises will be severely punished, and typical cases will be publicly disclosed. (youth.cn)

Feihe Releases Industry-first Standard for Fresh Dairy Raw Materials 

On May 28, at the annual conference of the China Dairy Industry Association held in Chengdu, Feihe jointly launched the Quality Management Standard for Fresh Dairy Raw Materials with the China National Institute of Standardization. Approved by a panel of academicians and experts, the standard fills the industry gap in raw material freshness evaluation. CCTV Visits Junlebao: Full Transparent Industrial Chain Shows Strength of Domestic Milk Powder 

On May 23, CCTV News, together with Yang Mi and Nigmat, visited Junlebao’s pastures, production plants and research institute to witness the quality of domestic milk powder through on-site tracing. 近日,飞鹤爱本联合首都医科大学发布《中老年肌骨营养健康白皮书》。报告依托超3.4 万份临床数据指出,蛋白质摄入不足是中老年人肌肉流失、骨骼变弱、行动力下降的主因,国内中老年群体普遍存在蛋白质摄入缺口。白皮书建议,日常需增加优质蛋白摄入,搭配矿物质及多种营养素,并结合抗阻训练延缓肌骨衰退。依托本次研究成果,飞鹤爱本也推出适配中老年的营养方案,持续深耕乳蛋白功能营养领域。(人民健康)

White Paper on Musculoskeletal Nutrition for Middle-aged and Elderly Released, Focusing on Protein Deficit & Musculoskeletal Health 

Recently, Feihe Aiben, together with Capital Medical University, launched the White Paper on Musculoskeletal Nutrition and Health of Middle-aged and Elderly People. Based on over 34,000 clinical samples, the report points out that insufficient protein intake is a major cause of muscle loss, weakened bones and reduced mobility among the middle-aged and elderly in China, who generally face protein deficiency. The white paper suggests increasing intake of high-quality protein along with minerals and other nutrients, and doing regular resistance training to slow musculoskeletal decline. Drawing on the research findings, Feihe Aiben has rolled out tailored nutritional solutions for this group and will keep exploring functional nutrition of milk protein. (health.people.cn)

达能凤凰研究扩容母乳研究数据库取得多项科研突破

近日,达能纽迪希亚在多项妇幼营养学术会议上公布“凤凰研究”最新进展,通过扩容本土化母乳研究数据,进一步完善中国母乳科研体系,获得行业权威认可。本次研究首次系统整合2015至2025年国内母乳HMO相关中英文研究,纳入28项研究、近5000例样本,突破以往研究时空局限,显著提升中国母乳HMO研究的数据完整性与科学性。研究同步在母乳免疫机制、HMO精准检测领域取得突破,探明母乳免疫蛋白、24种HMO在不同泌乳阶段的动态变化特征,多项成果与国内权威科研结论相互印证,夯实了本土化母乳研究数据基础。据介绍,相关母乳科研成果已逐步应用于爱他美系列产品研发。(中国食品安全网)

Danone’s Phoenix Study Expands Breast Milk Research Database with New Scientific Breakthroughs

Danone Nutricia has unveiled the latest findings of its Phoenix Study at several academic conferences on maternal and infant nutrition. By expanding localized breast milk research data, the project further improves the scientific research system for Chinese breast milk and has gained recognition from industry authorities. For the first time, the study systematically integrates Chinese and international research on human milk oligosaccharides (HMO) in China from 2015 to 2025. Covering 28 studies with nearly 5,000 samples, it breaks previous temporal and geographical limitations and greatly enhances the integrity and scientific validity of HMO research targeting Chinese breast milk. The project also achieves breakthroughs in breast milk immune mechanisms and precise HMO detection. It clarifies the dynamic changes of immune proteins and 24 types of HMO at different lactation stages. Its findings are consistent with conclusions from authoritative domestic research, solidifying the data foundation of localized breast milk studies. GDT Price Analysis-May 2026
The prices at the two GDT auctions in May 2026 reversed the downward trend seen in April, with the index posting modest gains for two consecutive rounds. The industry has entered a mild recovery phase, accompanied by obvious structural divergence across the market. In terms of product categories, prices of skim milk powder and whole milk powder trended steadily upward throughout the month, supported by rebounding purchasing demand from Europe and Asia, as well as reduced raw milk supply amid the end of the production season in Oceania. By contrast, milk fat and cheese products performed weakly. Butter price moved within a narrow range, anhydrous milk fat price retreated from high levels, and cheddar price kept declining, mainly due to ample milk fat supply in the EU and sluggish global end-market demand. It is expected that the GDT prices will maintain a mild upward trend in the short term.
