Dr. Wenbin Wang, Chairman of ICBC International, recently penned an opinion piece examining the sweeping transformation and renewed vitality of Hong Kong’s IPO market for FinanceAsia, a premier Asia-Pacific capital markets publication.

In the first four months of 2026 alone, IPO financing on the HKEX has exceeded HK$150 billion ($19.2 billion), already surpassing half of the full-year total recorded in 2025.
