 KOL / 内容营销专员

我们正在寻找一位充满热情的加密货币爱好者，加入我们位于香港的团队。你将负责运营及管理公司的自媒体账号，负责策划、拍摄及剪辑短视频内容。

工作地点

中国香港

主要职责

• 负责策划、拍摄及剪辑短视频内容，用于品牌推广及社交媒体传播

• 运营及管理公司自媒体账号（如小红书、抖音、Instagram等），提升账号曝光与用户互动

• 参与制定内容策略，提高品牌影响力及粉丝增长

• 负责公司社群（如微信群、Telegram等）的日常运营与用户维护

• 挖掘潜在KOL合作机会，协助品牌推广活动执行

• 跟踪内容及活动数据，优化营销效果

我们期望的候选人

岗位要求

• 对内容创作及社交媒体有浓厚兴趣，具备一定审美及创意能力

• 熟悉主流社交媒体平台玩法，有相关经验优先

• 具备基础视频拍摄及剪辑能力（会使用剪映、CapCut、Premiere等）

• 良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识

优先条件

• 有KOL或内容创作者经验者优先

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate cryptocurrency enthusiast to join our team in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for operating and managing the company’s social media accounts, as well as planning, shooting, and editing short video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for brand promotion and social media channels

• Manage and operate company-owned social media accounts (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Instagram) to increase engagement and reach

• Contribute to content strategy development to grow brand awareness and followers

• Manage and engage online communities (e.g., WeChat groups, Telegram) to maintain user relationships

• Identify and collaborate with potential KOLs to support marketing campaigns

• Track performance metrics and optimize content and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

• Strong interest in content creation and social media, with a good sense of aesthetics and creativity

• Familiar with major social media platforms and trends; relevant experience is a plus

• Basic skills in video shooting and editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere)

• Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset

• Experience as a KOL or content creator is a plus
