Role Overview

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and strategic leader to drive U.S. market expansion from 0 to 1 for an innovative AI-driven product in the creator economy space.

This role will act as the market owner, growth strategist, and ecosystem builder, responsible for establishing strong brand presence, building a vibrant creator community, and scaling user adoption across the U.S.

Go-to-Market & Growth Strategy

* Define and execute a comprehensive U.S. market entry and expansion strategy
* Analyze market trends, competition, and user behavior
* Own budget planning and ROI optimization

Community & Ecosystem Building

* Build and scale a creator-driven community system
* Launch ambassador programs across major U.S. cities
* Organize meetups, workshops, and large-scale online campaigns

Brand Marketing & PR

* Develop localized brand storytelling for the U.S. market
* Build strong relationships with media and industry stakeholders
* Leverage cultural trends and social media for growth

Strategic Partnerships

* Partner with leading AI and creator ecosystem players
* Collaborate with agencies, platforms, and creator networks
* Represent the company at major industry events

Leadership & Execution

* Build and lead a high-performing U.S. team
* Bridge global teams with local market needs
* Drive execution with strong ownership and accountability

Qualifications

* 8+ years in U.S. market growth / marketing / community leadership
* Proven experience building from 0 to 1
* Deep understanding of creator economy, KOL ecosystem, and AI trends
* Strong network in creators, media, or tech preferred
* Strategic + hands-on execution ability
