电动两轮车需求火爆 巴基斯坦市场现缺货潮

燃油价格持续上涨,引爆巴基斯坦电动踏板车及电动两轮摩托车市场需求,热门车型在本地市场出现缺货。
经销商表示,目前提车周期已拉长至约30天;由于T5-L、Velax、M3-H等车型**全散件(CKD)**套件供应紧缺,买家还要额外支付1万至1.5万卢比的溢价提车。
行业预估,仅4月份巴基斯坦电动两轮车销量就达4万辆,其中踏板车占比近90%,市场需求持续供不应求。
巴基斯坦电动车品牌Evee销售与营销总监哈姆扎·阿萨德称,本土组装厂商已加大从中国进口CKD散件的订单量,预计5月末至6月初市场供应将恢复平稳。
他补充,若政府扶持政策持续落地,到2026年底,电动车销量有望达到50万辆。此次需求激增源于近期燃油涨价:汽油每升上调6.51卢比,至399.86卢比;高速柴油每升上调19.39卢比,至399.58卢比。
业内专家表示,消费者偏好也在重塑市场,市场呼吁厂商推出更耐用、实用性更强的踏板车设计,包括加大车轮、升级减震系统以及更长的电池续航里程。

Rising fuel prices have triggered a surge in demand for electric scooters and bikes in Pakistan, leading to shortages of popular models in the local market.
Dealers said delivery times have stretched to around 30 days, while buyers are paying “own money” of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000 due to limited availability of completely knocked down (CKD) kits for models such as T5-L, Velax and M3-H.
Industry estimates suggest that around 40,000 electric two-wheelers were sold in April alone, with scooters accounting for nearly 90 percent of the total, as demand continued to outpace supply.
Evee Director Sales and Marketing Hamza Asad said assemblers have increased orders for CKD kits from China and expect supply to stabilize by late May or early June.
He added that if supportive government policies continue, EV sales could reach 500,000 units by the end of 2026. The demand spike follows a recent increase in fuel prices, with petrol raised by Rs. 6.51 per liter to Rs. 399.86 and high-speed diesel by Rs. 19.39 to Rs. 399.58 per liter.
Industry experts said evolving consumer preferences are also shaping the market, with calls for more robust and practical scooter designs, including larger wheels, improved suspension and longer battery range.
