这是一场什么活动？
What is this event?
PART.01
这是一场面向中国科学院大学硕士、博士研究生的产业决策模拟挑战赛。
活动中，你将和队友组成团队，进入模拟产业环境，围绕：
生产决策产品定价资源配置成本控制 市场竞争
风险应对
进行多轮团队决策。
系统会根据各团队决策结果生成反馈和排名，现场还将进行赛后复盘，帮助大家理解不同策略背后的逻辑。
你不需要已有创业项目，不需要商科背景，也不需要提前准备商业计划书或路演材料。
只要你对创新创业、科研与产业结合、职业发展拓展或综合能力提升感兴趣，都可以报名参加。
This is an Industry Decision-Making Simulation Challenge designed exclusively for master and PhD students at UCAS.
During the event, you will form teams with your peers and enter a simulated industry environment, where you will go through multiple rounds of team-based decision-making around:
Production decisions
Product pricing
Resource allocation
Cost control
Market competition
Risk management
The system will generate feedback and rankings based on each team’s decisions. A post-event debrief will also be held on-site to help you understand the logic behind different strategies.
You do not need an existing startup project, a business background, or to prepare a business plan or pitch deck in advance.

低门槛体验创新创业
Experience innovation and entrepreneurship with low barriers
很多同学对创新创业有兴趣，但直接准备商业计划书、路演材料或正式比赛，门槛较高。
本次活动不要求已有项目，也不要求商科基础。你可以先通过模拟挑战，体验项目进入市场后的基本决策过程。
Many students are interested in innovation and entrepreneurship, but the threshold for preparing business plans, pitch decks, or entering formal competitions can be quite high.
This event requires no existing project or business background. You can first experience the basic decision-making process of bringing a project to the market through a simulation challenge.

直观理解产业逻辑
Gain an intuitive understanding of industrial logic
技术能否走出实验室，不只取决于性能指标。
它还要面对真实需求、应用场景、成本结构、资源配置、市场竞争和风险判断。
通过模拟系统和赛后复盘，你可以更直观地理解：技术从“做出来”到“用起来”，中间需要经过哪些判断。
Whether a technology can move beyond the lab depends on more than just its performance metrics.
It also needs to address real-world demands, application scenarios, cost structures, resource allocation, market competition, and risk assessment.
Through the simulation system and post-event debrief, you will gain a clearer, more intuitive understanding of all the judgments that need to be made between “developing a technology” and “making it commercially viable.”

Broaden Your Career Horizons
产业研究、战略分析、企业战略、管理咨询、科技投资、成果转化等方向，并不是只属于商科背景学生。
在硬科技和成果转化场景中，具有科研训练和专业背景的硕博研究生同样具有独特优势。
这场活动希望帮助大家看见科研能力在更多职业场景中的使用方式。
Career paths such as industry research, strategic analysis, corporate strategy, management consulting, tech investment, and technology transfer are not exclusive to students with a business background.
In the fields of hard tech and commercialization, master’s and PhD students with research training and specialized expertise also have unique advantages.
This event aims to help you discover how your research skills can be applied in a wider range of professional contexts.

训练综合决策能力
Build Comprehensive Decision-Making Skills
活动采用2人组队形式。
在多轮模拟决策中，同学们需要共同分析信息、讨论策略、配置资源、应对变化，并进行赛后复盘。
这不仅是一次产业认知体验，也是一场关于团队协作、逻辑判断、沟通表达和综合决策的训练
The event is designed for teams of two.
In multiple rounds of simulated decision-making, you and your partner will work together to analyze information, discuss strategies, allocate resources, respond to changes, and conduct post-round debriefs.
This is not just an opportunity to learn about industry dynamics — it is also hands-on training in teamwork, logical reasoning, communication, and collaborative decision-making.

没有商科基础，可以参加吗？
Can I participate without a business background?
可以。
本次活动不要求商科背景，也不要求提前掌握企业经营知识。活动重点不是考察商科理论，而是通过模拟场景帮助大家理解产业决策的基本逻辑。
Yes.
This event does not require any business-related background, nor prior knowledge of enterprise operation. It does not assess professional business theories. Instead, it uses simulated scenarios to help participants understand the fundamental logic of industrial decision-making.
没有创业项目，可以参加吗？
Can I take part if I don’t have a startup project?
可以。
这不是创业路演，也不需要准备商业计划书。即使你目前没有创业项目，也可以通过活动体验科研项目进入产业场景后的决策过程。
Yes.
This is not a startup roadshow competition, and you do not need to prepare a business plan. Even if you have no ongoing startup projects, you can experience the whole decision-making process of translating scientific research achievements into industrial applications through this event.
不是中丹学院的学生，可以参加吗？
Can students who are not from SDC join the event?
可以。
本次活动面向全校在读学生（含本科、硕士、博士），各专业、各年级均可报名，无需相关基础。具体名额将根据报名情况和场地容量确定。
Yes.
The event is open to all currently enrolled students on campus, including undergraduates, master and PhD students. Students from all majors and academic years are eligible to sign up, with no prerequisite expertise required. Final quotas will be determined based on registration volume and venue capacity.
可以自己组队吗？
Can I form my own team?
可以。
每组2人，可以自行组队，也可以接受调剂分组。
Yes.
Each team consists of 2 members. You may form a team independently, or accept team allocation arranged by the organizer.
