On May 9, 2026, Jia Linjia, Deputy General Manager of China MCC22 Group Co., Ltd., led a team to MCC Ramu for a special exchange. The two sides fully communicated and reached consensus on project construction models, complementary resource advantages and collaborative development of overseas markets. 郭孔松介绍了中国二十二冶在俄罗斯、沙特、中亚五国等高壁垒市场的深耕历程，重点说明在冶金、矿山、化工、钢结构等工业项目领域的履约实力和实操经验；江西国际参会负责人详细介绍了其深耕全球20余个国别的市场布局、海外项目运营情况，重点阐述了在非洲区域的深耕成果、竞争优势，以及加速向“工程+投资+矿业开发”多元化转型的战略规划。双方在市场布局、业务领域上高度互补，合作空间广阔。

本次交流重点围绕财务组织架构优化、财务核算全流程、外派及属地财务人员管理、境外费用精细化管控、税务申报规范及多国别税务实操经验等核心领域展开；并就资金集中管理、跨境收支合规操作、汇率风险科学规避、境外保函开立、债权化解等关键事项深入研讨、分享实践心得，为破解境外财务管控难题提供了实践参考，为海外战略高质量推进筑牢财务支撑。
