MWC巴塞罗那展会圆满落幕之际,中国信科集团副总经理曾军、烽火国际总经理刘晖一行奔赴南欧地区部,开展重点客户拜访、市场调研与工作战略部署,把脉区域发展态势,为一线锚定方向、凝聚共识,以行动深耕欧洲市场,全力推进集团国际化战略落地,为“十五五”宏伟目标筑牢海外根基。
As the curtain fell on the successful MWC Barcelona, Zeng Jun, Deputy General Manager of CICT, and Liu Hui, General Manager of FiberHome International(FHI), led a delegation to the Southern Europe Regional Department. Their visit focused on key customer engagements, market research and strategic work deployment, aiming to assess the regional development landscape, set clear directions for the frontline teams, build consensus, and take concrete actions to deepen footprint in the European market. This initiative is a crucial step in fully advancing the implementation of CICT's internationalization strategy and solidifying a solid overseas foundation for the ambitious goals of the 15th Five-Year Plan.

Mr Zeng and the team first visited Client D in Romania. They reviewed the solid long-term cooperation, shared CICT’s business layout and latest global supply chain updates in detail, and exchanged in-depth views on new cooperation opportunities. The client highly recognized the stable partnership, praised our professional and efficient service and responsiveness, and thanked CICT for its long-standing strong support.

曾军向客户系统阐释集团“十五五”战略愿景:冲刺全球Top3、核心产品挺进全球Top2,并郑重承诺将持续以核心技术与优质服务,为客户发展提供全方位支撑,进一步夯实了长期战略合作根基。
Mr Zeng elaborated on CICT’s 15th Five-Year Plan strategic vision to the client: striving for global Top 3 and pushing core products into global Top 2. He pledged to continue providing comprehensive support with core technologies and high-quality services, thereby consolidating the foundation for long-term strategic cooperation.

随后,团队回访摩尔多瓦M客户,就MWC展会期间的合作议题深化沟通,聚焦客户关切逐一回应、精准破题,围绕新兴业务领域与创新合作模式深入磋商。客户对我司高频次、高效率的对接表示热烈欢迎,对全方位合作充满期待;我方亦表态将全力赋能,推动潜在项目尽快落地,实现互利共赢。
Subsequently, the team revisited Client M in Moldova, deepening communication on MWC Barcelona cooperation topics, precisely addressing its core concerns, and consulting on emerging business and innovative cooperation models. The client welcomed our efficient high-frequency engagement and anticipated all-round cooperation; we reiterated our commitment to empowering the client, facilitating swift implementation of potential projects for mutual benefit and win-win results.

内部汇报定方向 凝心聚力谋新篇
Setting Directions in Internal Debriefings, Uniting Hearts and Minds for a New Chapter
走访期间,南欧地区部就未来三年发展规划作专题汇报,系统阐述市场开拓、客户经营、业务突破与团队建设等核心思路。
During the visit, the Southern Europe Regional Department delivered a special report on its three-year development plan, systematically outlining core strategies for market development, client management, business breakthroughs, and team building.
国际公司总经理刘晖宣贯公司组织架构调整方案,明确新部门职能定位与一线支撑路径,重申国际公司作为集团海外销售平台的核心定位,为海外业务规范化运营划定准则。 针对新业务拓展,刘晖提出“三个相关”刚性原则:与现有客户群体相关、与公司主业赛道相关、与自身能力边界相关,确保业务拓展不偏航、提质效,同时要求地区部26年加大本地化力度,稳步扩大本地员工规模。
Mr Liu promulgated and explained the organizational structure adjustment plan, clarified the functional positioning of new departments and frontline support mechanisms, and reaffirmed overseas sales platform positioning for FHI, setting clear guidelines for standardized overseas business operation. For new business expansion, he proposed three rigid "relevance" principles: relevant to existing customers, core business track and own capability scope, ensuring business expansion stays on course and improves quality and efficiency. He also required regional departments to enhance localization in 2026 and steadily expand the local workforce.
曾军在总结部署中强调,欧洲是集团国际化战略的核心阵地,是检验全球化成败的关键标尺,并对地区部提出三点殷切要求:敢想敢拼、勇毅突破,全速冲刺南欧区域破亿目标;强化协同、上下同欲,以全局视角凝聚发展合力;力出一孔、实干兴企,坚持短期抓规模、长期重效益,强化经营思维,持续提升团队收入,以奋斗者为本,共创美好未来。
In his concluding remarks and deployment, Mr Zeng emphasized that Europe is the core strategic hub of CICT’s globalization strategy and the key benchmark for the success of its global development. He put forward three earnest requirements for the regional department:
Dare to aim high and strive for bold breakthroughs, sparing no effort to sprint toward the 100 million revenue target in Southern Europe;
Strengthen synergy and unite as one with a shared vision, pooling development synergies from a holistic perspective;
Focus all efforts on a single goal and vitalize the enterprise through solid work. Prioritize scale in the short term and profitability in the long term, strengthen a business-oriented mindset, continuously boost the team’s income, uphold the worker-centric principle, and jointly create a better future.
外交联动拓格局 本土赋能强根基
Expanding Strategic Landscape via Diplomatic Synergy, Solidifying Development Roots through Local Empowerment
调研期间,曾军一行专程拜访中国驻当地使领馆,与使馆参赞深入交流区域营商环境、产业政策与中企发展机遇,进一步密切政企联动、畅通沟通渠道,为公司在当地稳健经营、提升品牌影响力搭建了坚实桥梁,为海外业务高质量发展营造优良外部环境。
During the research trip, Mr Zeng and the team paid a special visit to the local Chinese embassy and consulate. They engaged in in-depth discussions with the Commercial Counselor regarding the regional business environment, industrial policies, and development opportunities for Chinese enterprises. This visit further strengthened government-enterprise linkages, smoothed communication channels, built a solid bridge for CICT's stable local operations and enhanced brand influence, and fostered a favorable external environment for the high-quality development of overseas businesses.

征程万里风正劲,重任千钧再出发。此次高层一线调研,既是战略指引,更是冲锋号令。南欧地区部全体员工将牢记嘱托、勇担使命,以客户为中心、以目标为导向、以协同为保障,深耕欧洲、笃行实干,全力冲刺业务目标,为集团国际化征程与“十五五”战略圆满实现贡献更大力量!
The journey ahead is long but promising; with the wind in our sails, we press forward. This high-level frontline research was both strategic guidance and a call to action. All employees of the Southern Europe Regional Department will uphold the mission, remain customer-centric, and deeply cultivate the European market with pragmatic efforts, striving to achieve business goals and contribute more to CICT’s internationalization and the 15th Five-Year Plan.
